This role will suit an experienced Commis/Demi Chef who is interested in a quality food and service to work in a small brigade. The ideal candidate would also have a cool head for service, good attitude and eager to learn.
This is a good opportunity for a candidate who is willing to grow and develop within a small team. The Salary is £15,000 to £17,000.
Duties include Breakfast and Mise en place for Lunch service. 6.30 am start.Five shifts out of 7 straight shifts which include weekends.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking with a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in UK based company.

BANQUETING SOUS CHEF

Christopher’s Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Banqueting Sous Chef for a Private Members Club in Central London. The Venue comprises of twelve banqueting suites which caters for Private Parties, Conferences, Banqueting, Wedding Receptions and Drinks & Canapés Events.
You need to come from a 4/5* Hotel background and be an established Sous Chef with a proven track record in Banqueting. As a Sous Chef you are required to ensure high quality food which includes freshly sourced ingredients and the ability to deliver quality services.
The ideal candidate would be calm under pressure and be able to operate within a 5* high calibre brigade.
A high level of appearance and presentation is essential.
